Week 7
From this week, I learned about plant hormones which consist of ethylene, auxin, abscisic acid, cytokinins and gibberellins. We also had done a SCL activity that gives us a deep understanding about the plant hormones. We aso for our test 1 results back and I felt that I need to improve more to get more higher grades. The sad thing about this class is that this is dr.parames last class. I felt very proud for having a talented lecturer to lecture our class. I hope that that I could contribute more through the next class next week and cope with the new levturer and understand his teachings to improve my biocell course.
During my journaling, it Improved my memory and problem-solving skills. When I describe an event or an idea in myr journal, I reinforce the memory of that event or idea. Just the physical act of writing about it, especially by pen rather than keyboard, creates connections in myr brain that consolidate and organize myr memories. As I write about issues that bother me, I learn to step back from a problem and see connections that may escape me in myr first rush of emotion.
